Job Responsibilities
- Accounts receivable, cash receipts, reconciliations, interaction with tenants
- Invoicing, late letters, credit memos
- Accounts payable, vendor invoices, checks, reconciliations
- Expense reports
- Broker commission tracking
- Monthly financial reporting

Qualifications
Education/Experience
- Associate degree or at a minimum some college level accounting courses
- Significant experience with Excel
Business Skills
- Experienced communicator with sound knowledge of grammar and spelling
- Fluent in the English language, its rules and proper usage
- Excellent oral and written business communication skills
- Strong clerical skills with computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with commercial real estate a plus
- Familiarity with CoStar, Hubspot, Asana, Google Suite, Expensify, LinkedIn, DocuSign, and our website a plus

Additional Information
Term & Work Schedule
This is a full-time position. AQUILA’s normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The hours will be worked in the AQUILA office located in downtown Austin. Laptop and software will be provided.
